problem:
Pearl had many clients and was doing well with her business, but needed a step up to be viewed with more authority and expertise in her field. She also had to appeal to men and women equally, yet still portray her own personality.

solution:
We first played with her signature as her logo, but it felt a little strong. We settled on the obvious simplicity of an actual pearl and it was a natural choice to have it by itself on the back of her business cards. Carrying the square paper theme into her website, we kept a fun approach to her testimonials by using handwritten fonts to echo her upcoming press kit cards, which are writing explorations.
